When will I get paid?We will send the payment within 2 working days after the phone has been received and inspected. We receive the phone approximately 5 business days after you send it in or drop it off, so you can expect to be paid within 7-10 business days from the time you send it in. All payments are sent by bank transfer.

In what condition does my device need to be in order to trade in?+We buy working and damaged phones, so you can trade in your phone even if it has seen better days! Just select the phone's condition from the options below when you trade it in and we'll tell you how much money you can get for it: Good: the phone is fully functional without major damage. Your phone may have some light wear. Bad: Your phone is fully functional with no major damage, but may have major wear and tear such as scratches, dents, and deep scratches. Defective: Your phone has software and hardware problems, major physical damage or water damage. Please choose carefully what condition you want your phone to be in when you trade it in, as we will have to adjust your bid price if it is in a different condition than the one you selected.

Can I sell my broken phone?+Yes, you can sell your broken phone - and it's easy! If your phone has cosmetic damage and water damage, just select Damaged condition when you get your valuation. Please note: We cannot buy phones that have been split in half, bent or crushed, or phones with missing or broken components.
